Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate for Thurston and Surrounding Counties

My commitment in my practice is making my clients the focus of my representation.  I return phone calls.  I don't let emails sit for days or weeks before acknowledging them.  I treat others the way I would like to be treated. My overhead is low, and I pass my smart financial decisions onto my clients.

These may seem like obvious practice standards to abide by, but they are far too often ignored in the legal profession.  Trust between a client and their attorney is crucial to a successful result and professional relationship, and the way I operate my practice is focused on developing this trust.  It's easy to say that I'm a dedicated, compassionate, and zealous advocate for my clients; my goal is to demonstrate these words by my actions, both in and out of the courtroom.  

I limit my practice to two areas so as to provide exceptional representation in each: criminal defense, including DUI, domestic violence, misdemeanor and felony cases; and estate planning, elder law, and probate.
